One of the most modern projects the practice has done architecturally, and one of the most technically demanding to build.
The house is designed to make the most of the pronounced natural relief of the site. Even on the lower ground floor it proved possible to fit floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows for the greatest possible amount of daylight.
The central part of the house, brought forward in the shape of the letter T, holds a living room with high ceilings and a double-height space. The rest of the house contains several bedrooms, a kitchen-dining room, a cinema room with a bar, a gym and a spa, along with three swimming pools, one of them outdoors.
Besides the stairs, the floors are connected by a lift with a glass car, which opens up a fine view of the grounds and the Moskva River as it rises. The private lift was the client's own wish.
