About the project
The rectangular 10-storey building (4 floors for sports, 5 for offices and technical premises) is located on the relief.
A maximum of public areas are "open" to the city. The multi-light space of the entrance area common
to all, with the main lobby, halls, reception and cafe, is fenced with front mirrored glass.
The lobby has a beautiful open staircase and panoramic elevators. In the high-rise, above the total volume of the rectangle, there is an office
area.
The transition from the total volume of sports facilities to the office part was completed at the 5th level.
The administrative floor of the entire complex is also located there. An inclined stained glass window is used on the main facade, creating an interesting effect with reflection: all the intrigue unfolds inside, part of the interior is open to the facade, well illuminated in the evening and viewed
from the main street, attracting the attention of residents.
