optimization of the heights of floor-to-floor ceilings and combined superstructures to achieve the specified output parameters of the total area of the premises
In some cases, cantilever extensions are assumed. As part of the new construction, the organization of flat roofs of buildings is proposed. Depending on the individual task, these roofs can be concentrated as operational terraces.
The exterior decoration uses the technology of ventilated facades with Max-panels and granite cladding.
