Tasks
The sketch design project of a one-room apartment was created based on the customer's technical specifications, taking into account the configuration and dimensions of the existing layout, as well as other conditions and initial data. Initially, several layouts of the apartment were developed, with different room arrangements and furniture placement. After the customer approved one of the options, five concepts with 3D visualizations were created.
About the project
From these concepts, one final option was also selected and the drawings for the preliminary design were developed.
In this option the apartment is divided into 6 rooms:

bathroom (4.1 m2)

kitchen (12.3 м2)

living room (13.0 m2)
•
bedroom (9.0 m2)
•
dressing room (2.3 m2)
The floor in each room is made of light-colored Travertine porcelain tiles, and the walls are decorated with light-colored and dark-colored MDF panels with lighting. In some rooms, the walls are decorated with walnut-colored panels. In the bathroom, the wooden panels have been replaced with large-format tiles in two colors. The main furniture in the rooms will also be made of wood.
