About the project
An industrial building built in 1937 by Soviet constructivists.
For 80 years, the building has lost its original appearance and has fallen into disrepair.
The existing facade is a plastered and painted surface using decorative elements made of gypsum and metal. The dominant feature is an abstract bas-relief above the main entrance to the building in the spirit of constructivism.
Our concept provides for the preservation and careful reconstruction of the building's facades, turning it into an example of high-quality modern architecture.
We have developed several options for facade reconstruction using various materials for facade system structures.
