About the project
The exterior of the object presents the author's interpretation of the modern aesthetics of glass and concrete.
A number of unique technologies have been used to implement the project, including Geo massive injection of concrete under the foundation plate to change the direction of the underground river.
Thus, the visually light and dynamic building is located on a huge cushion of concrete, resembling the root system of a tree.
