Tasks
Exclusive design project of a two-story administrative building.
About the project
Four architectural façade options for the proposed administrative building are presented.
•
Option 1 retains the existing building while introducing a rear extension. The extension is characterized by a single-pitched roof and finished with composite cassette panels in a color matching the existing façade.
•
Option 2 proposes a two-storey, flat-roofed volume clad in profiled metal panels with decorative accents. A projecting canopy above the entrance creates a strong architectural feature and highlights the entrance group through a vibrant contrasting color.
•
Option 3 provides an optimized architectural solution that responds to the surrounding residential development while maximizing the potential of the site. The two-storey building is designed with a gable roof and clad in composite standing-seam metal panels. The end façades feature wall panels with a timber-effect finish. A projecting entrance canopy reinforces the identity of the main entrance, while roof-mounted skylights introduce additional natural daylight into the second-floor spaces.
•
Option 4 follows the architectural language of Option 3 while reducing the overall building footprint and corresponding internal floor area. Universal accessibility is addressed through a level-access transition connecting the sidewalk elevation with the first-floor entrance level.
